Multi Receipts

This powerful tool allows you to:  

  •  Create Multiple Receipts: Enter receipt information for several payments simultaneously.
  • Bulk Upload from CSV: Upload a CSV file containing receipt details, saving you time and effort.

 Accessing Multi-Receipt:

  1.  Navigate: Access the Revenue Management App.
  2.  Click “Multiple Payments”: This opens a pop-up window with two options.

Creating Receipts Manually:

  1.  Choose “Create Records”: Selecting this option opens a new screen for manual data entry.
  1.  Bank and Date: Enter the bank name and date for the receipts. Clicking “Next” advances to the multi-row entry screen.
  1.  Multi-Row Entry: Each row allows you to enter details for an individual receipt:

  Client: Select the client associated with the payment.

  •    Amount: Enter the received amount for this particular receipt.
  •    Reference: Provide a reference number (e.g., check number, wire transfer number).
  • Apply to Invoice (Optional): Click the arrow button at the end of the row to apply a portion of the receipt         amount to a specific invoice. This opens a window displaying relevant invoices for the chosen client.
    •  Enter the applied amount for the selected invoice

Saving and Processing:

 Save: Clicking “Save” creates the receipts and applies them to the designated invoices (if applicable). 
 
 Bank Deposit: Selecting “Bank Deposit” goes beyond creating receipts and applying them. It also allows   you to group all these receipts into a single bank deposit, streamlining the process.
Uploading Receipts   from CSV:

  1.  Choose “Upload Document”: This option opens a file selection window.
  2.  CSV File Upload: Navigate to and upload the CSV file containing your receipt data (refer to the installation guide for CSV formatting details). Once uploaded, the system automatically processes the information and creates the corresponding receipts.

  •   Saves time by entering or uploading multiple receipts at once.
  •   Improves efficiency in managing a high volume of receipts.
  •   Simplifies bulk processing through CSV uploads.
